Web Development Price Sheet

0. Initial Consultation

Initial consultation - FREE Consultation with prospective clients, to ascertain specific needs, goals, and other pertinent information required to begin the process of establishing a successful Web presence.

Depending on the scope and complexity of the site, these sessions can take anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour (1 hour maximum for free consultation) and can be conducted via email, or telephone.

1. Basic Business Web Site

Simple web site - $500 Includes initial design; layout is based on our template, basic style sheet. Header. Top menu. Footer. Body.

A “simple” web site includes the following top-level pages:

  • “Home” page
  • an “about us” page
  • a “contact us” page
  • and up to 4 images

2. Small Custom Business Website

(“Web Presence”) - $1450

Usually used to establish a “web presence”. Contains a home page, contact information, an “about us” page and minimal information outlining products/services. Under 7 pages.

  • Header. Top menu. Footer. Body. Layout. Images. Contact form. CSS
  • Basic optimization for IE browser.
  • Setup
  • Testing.
  • Troubleshooting.
  • Style sheet.
  • Basic Search Engine Optimization.
  • Twelve months of hosting and maintenance.

3. Medium Size Custom Business Website

(Good for Small Business use) - $2250

Usually used to allow an organization or Small Business to provide information about products or services they offer and to allow their clients to contact them easily via email. Small business can use a website to inform their clients about updates to their products and services or new offerings. Under fifteen pages.

  • Custom web design.
  • Custom graphic design.
  • Style sheet.
  • Header.Top menu. Side menu. Footer. Body.
  • Layout. Lots of images. Photo gallery or menu.
  • Service or product list.
  • Contact form.
  • News links.
  • CSS.
  • Basic optimization for IE browser.
  • Setup. Testing. Troubleshooting.

4. Complex Web Site Projects

Mock-up and Initial Site Development - $400

Create a “look and feel”, high-level site mock-up. Demonstrating style, but no specific content. Includes preliminary style sheet. Header. Top menu. Footer. Body. Layout

  • Home Page and Custom Web Pages - $95.00/page
  • Custom pages are those which require extensive components. Most often a site is developed using both custom and basic pages. We bill a custom page fee based upon coding effort; usually the home page and top-level topical pages.
  • Basic Web Pages: $75.00/page
  • Additional pages are billed at the Basic Page Rate.
  • Shop Rate: $75.00/half-hour
  • Data Entry:
    simple data entry work, such as large document transcriptions or database propagation, etc.
  • Artwork Development
    artwork, logos, banners, animated graphics, etc
  • Consultation
    consulting services, script configuration and installation, custom script development, etc.
  • Site Maintenance
    Changes made to existing sites. Discount rate of $65.00/half-hour applies to sites designed by us AND hosted on our Web servers.
  • Image Scans
    $15.00/each - includes minimal retouch as needed

5. Domain Name Registration

$25.00 service fee + registration costs

Domains are registered in your name through an accredited Registrar.

6. Web Hosting

$20.00 per month – payable annually in advance

Hosting includes minor maintenance (1 page revision per quarter) + 1 free email account. Any excessive “bandwidth” use charges will be passed-through to the client + $75 administrative fee.
